By registering with SportUP, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing your participation in our social sport competitions.

Registration & Payment

All team and individual registrations must be completed through our online booking system at play.sportup.com.au. Payment is required at the time of registration. Fees are per season and cover all games in the season.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 24 hours of your first game if you're not satisfied. After the first game, refunds are not available for remaining games in the season. Credit may be offered at SportUP's discretion for extenuating circumstances.

Code of Conduct

All players must behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Abuse of referees, opponents, or other players will not be tolerated. SportUP reserves the right to remove any player from a competition without refund for breaches of the code of conduct.

Liability

Participation in social sport carries inherent risks of injury. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and participate at your own risk. SportUP recommends all players have appropriate personal injury insurance.

Wet Weather

In the event of wet weather, SportUP will make a decision on game cancellations. Cancelled games will be rescheduled where possible. Check our wet weather policy for details.
